How the model works
A fee, not a split
At most brokerages the house takes a percentage of every commission you earn. The better your year, the more it costs you — even though the brokerage’s cost of supporting you barely moves.
Summit X charges a flat fee at closing instead. Your best month costs the same as your first one, and the only way we grow is by helping you close more.
One $350,000 sale, 3% listing side
Before dues and E&O, which are itemised in full on the pricing page.

Why agents move
Support you can reach, on terms you can read
A low fee is only worth something if the brokerage behind it still does its job. Three things we hold ourselves to.
You keep what you earned
One fee per closing, paid out of the commission when it funds. Nothing is deducted before then, and nothing scales with your production.
A broker who answers
Contract language, a difficult addendum, a compliance question at seven in the evening — you get a person, not a ticket queue. PENDING: state the real response-time commitment
Your business, your way
No desk fees, no floor duty, no required sales meetings. Work the Valley on your own schedule, market yourself the way you want.
Pricing
Every number, on one page
One fee, the math against a 70/30 and an 80/20 split, and a written list of every other cost you would carry in a year — dues, E&O, Association, technology. “No hidden fees” only means something when the fees are all in front of you.
Recent closings
Deals our agents closed
Addresses and numbers are the part a template can’t fake. PENDING: 5–10 real closings — photo, area, sale price, close date and the representing agent
From our agents
“PENDING: a real quote from a real agent — name, city, headshot, written permission to publish”
Agent name
City, TX
This stays blank until real, attributable testimonials exist. A brokerage that invents them is telling an agent exactly what it would do with their commission statement.
